Host a Birthday Party

CLIMB Woodlands is the perfect place to celebrate a birthday! Our party package includes gear for all climbers and belayers, a private party room, and plenty of rock wall to climb!

We will provide a party host to give a brief orientation to the kids, and oversee safety of your climbers. The party host will be not be available to manually belay the members of the party, so we recommend having a few adults help out with the auto-belays, that way the kids will be able to spend more time climbing.

*Does not include the birthday child and any immediate family. Additional guests can be added on for a fee (20$ each for the first 5 guests, any additional guests after 5 are $15 each.)

**Obstacle course has a strict height requirement of 54″ and a weight limit of 200lbs

Party FAQ

What do I do before my party?

Fill out the online waiver for EVERYONE that will be attending.

What can I bring for my party decorations?

You may bring non-permanent decorations, such as balloons, banners to be taped up, table-toppers, etc.

What should the climbers wear?

Unless you will be renting climbing shoes, we require climbers to wear closed toed tennis shoes. We also recommend wearing athletic wear as climbing is a sport.

Do you provide any party food?

No, you must provide all party food and utensils such as plates, utensils, and drinks. We have a fridge and freezer if you need to keep any food cold.
